CHARLES H. KEPNER, PH.D., is president and chairman of Kepner Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in collaboration, productivity research, and consulting. He also serves on the Executive Board of Thinking Dimensions International, a consulting and training company specializing in delivering the KEPNERandFOURIE™ problem solving methodologies across the world. Prior to founding this firm in 1983, Dr. Kepner was the Vice Chairman of Kepner-Tregoe, Inc., an internationally renowned management development firm he co-founded in 1958. He is the author of The Rational Manager and Analytic Trouble Shooting, and co-author of The NEW Rational Manager and Innovation: The FreeZone Thinking Experience. Dr. Kepner lives in Kensiington, California.

HIROTSUGU IIKUBO is president and owner of Decision Systems, Inc. He previously held posi­tions with several American corporations in Japan, and was managing director of Kepner-Tregoe (Japan) for 11 years. Mr. likubo is the author of six books in Japanese on management. He lives in Tokyo.

MATTHYS J. FOURIE, PH.D., is Chief Executive Officer of Thinking Dimensions International and co-author of the KEPNERandFOURIE™ thinking technologies. He is also the co-author of Innovation: The FreeZone Thinking Experience. Dr Fourie lives in Fairfax Virginia.

TIM LEWKO is a Managing Partner for North America for Thinking Dimensions. His primary focus is on the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy with Fortune 1000 companies in North America, India, Europe, South America and Asia. He has written articles and presented on many strategy and implementation issues and solutions.  Mr. Lewko lives in Vancouver, Canada.
